Airsoft fanatics would naturally be well versed about games for which they use airsoft targets printable to prepare for. Practicing all day long is not an unheard of activity for them. This is only natural, as they are trying to be excellent at marksmanship. For beginners, the different scenario in which you’ll find your self in the game dictates your strategy. For this, you have to know the different target games in which you can display your new talents.
The Manhunt: Hunting For Prey
This airsoft game allows you to practice hitting a moving target. Players draw straws and whoever gets shortest plays the role of the prey. He is given a ten minute head start and the rest if the players track him down. Whoever gets to hit him fist is the winner. Some modify the game to make it more challenging. They can tape a target to the prey’s chest or back and only the pellets that hit this target are counted. They can also paint their pellets in different colors and have the prey wear a sticky target so that the winning shot adheres to it.
Assassination: Getting Through a Heavily Guarded VIP
Similar to Manhunt, this game requires a player to assume the role of a prey. Unlike Manhunt though, this game includes bodyguards for the prey which are roles assumed by other players. These bodyguards have to take the prey safely to a designated area. If the prey gets hit, the game ends. This can be made more challenging by letting the prey carry a balloon or stick a target to a specific body part. Only shots that burst the balloon or hit the target are considered successful.
Action Shooting: Where Speed and Accuracy Counts
Action shooting games make the player hit targets in succession. This can be achieved by firing at numbered targets or moving from room to room. The weapons of choice are airsoft pistols and starts with your weapon in a holster. Like the previous two, it can be made extra challenging by using sticky targets or water balloons. The player who completes the course, hitting all the targets in the shortest time is declared the winner. Depending on the game rules, you can also rank the players according to speed and accuracy.
Bench Shooting: Working Under Time Pressure
This airsoft game tests a player’s ability to fire accurate shots while under time pressure. Bench shooting involves the use of targets at a certain distance from a bench upon which the shooter positions himself. Players are given a time limit to complete the number of shots required. The player who displays the most accuracy and finishes within the time allotted wins.
Each of these games requires practice to perfect. You can do it using home made or printable airsoft targets. It is only through practice that you can hope to develop your airsoft shooting skills to the maximum. As long you already have an airsoft gun and some BB pellets, practicing with targets won’t cost you much. What you’ll have to invest is time. If you’re willing to do it, then you’ll have a good shot at being one of the best.
